I think the bottom might be in here for $PRT.C  up 12.5% to $0.225 

 

with changes to their management and board,  looks like this could be turning around 

 

$PRT specializes in threat detection solutions using unmanned aircraft systems and AI

 

hopefully we see news of some more contracts soon to help carry this momentum
