This is why new CEO announcement is excellent newsWhen a CEO leaves abruptly with little explanation, or a sugarcoated implausible explanation, which leaves a vacancy at the top of the organization, the market reacts poorly.

Conversely, when a CEO leaves with a clear succession plan in place, as in the case of XBC, the market reacts favourably. The successor to Kurt has already been named, he's been COO for XBC for almost a year. 

It looks like we're going to have better days ahead, very soon!
