RE:RE:RE:RE:Steel Industry

RE:RE:RE:RE:Steel Industrylol. More like a world leader in bankruptcies and being flipped from one entity to another.

Westinghouse Plasma was sold to a company called Alter NRG in 2007.

In March 2015, Alter NRG was bought by a US holding company, 030629 B.C. Ltd...

Which was owned by another holding company, Harvest International New Energy...

Which was owned by a third holding company, Sunshine Kaidi New Energy Group Co. in China.

Sunshine Kaidi New Energy Group Co. was once one of the largest bioenergy companies in the world, but was consumed by debt and its stock was eventually suspended.

As a result, in April 2019, the plasma subsidiary declared bankruptcy and went into receivership.

In Sept 2020, it was sold off for parts, when its intellectual property, customer records, and so forth was put up for auction in US Bankruptcy Court.

It was eventually bought at auction by Dighe Technologies Corp.

Dighe Technologies then slapped all of that onto their existing web site and rolled it into their business consulting on desalination projects, under the exising Aquasource Technologies name.

All of the "projects" and case studies refereneced on their web site relative to the newly bought aspects are from the early 1990s when it was Westinghouse. They seemingly have no new business and are likely just set up to look bigger than they are or be acquired down the road.

With no upgrade to the products, no R&D, no financial backing, and no clients in many years, this is remnants of old, very outdated technology.

They operate now under a new independant banner: aquasourcetechnologies.com Apparently a world leader in plasma applications like gaz heating, air and water cleaning, powder manufacturing, GM steel foundry...toxic garbage incineration, syntgaz production, aluminum and dross treatment...The whole shebang it seems... Amazing!!

oh sorry you didn't actually want an answer....

Gee i don't think anyone has such a powerful device anywhere on the planet. oh my god it's a miracle and clearly nobel prizes must be awarded.
