Scotia's buyingFrom another site regarding Scotia;'s buying,observation by somebody--Scotia is net a million shares plus in last six months. This isn't a flipper stock most days are zero volume and wide bid asks. Dec 22,2020.
Noticed Scotia already buying Sept 18, 2020 where a bid of 200K at 15 cents was entered.
I don't have the stats on theis buyer but guessing 2-3 million accumulated ever since Oceanic closed the sale of development rights to Northland. Sept 2, 2020.
