Insiders loading up so they count on being deslited? as long as they have money in the bank and are loading up i dont think they will be delisting , if they start selling their shares at low levels and money in the vault is running out
then i would start being worried
if they sell the facility that would give them more runway space as well
They could close up shop tomorrow and insiders would walk away from this with millions in their pockets, can the same be said for their class B shareholders? IF nothing else changes, AND FSD wishes to remain on the Nasdaq, THEN there will be a reverse split. Painting a rosy picture for armature retail longs is not healthy for their future wellbeing. It is possible that something we do not know of will occur in the future to provide financial stability for FSD, BUT given what we know to be facts today, that is most likely not the case. Emotions should not play a role in your investment decisions. Here's the problem I see facing the sale of the Kraft plant. The plant has been retrofitted for the specific purpose of growing cannabis therefore narrowing potential buyers as opposed to say as if it were just a building and property. To make matters worse Canadian cannabis companies have been a complete sheet show for the most part with companies such as FSD and others putting a black eye on the emerging industry.
