email from Pierre Fitzgibbon Here is the full email. I don't see any confidential info in here so that's why I am posting the full email. I encourage others on this board to reach out the same way I did (through email) to his office to show that we are interested in the project moving forward.
FYI his email address was provided before but in case you don't have it, here it is: Pierre.Fitzgibbon@economie.gouv.qc.ca

"Dear Mr. ******
I am well aware of the Rose Lithium-Tantalum project owned by Critical Elements Lithium Corp. and I am supportive of this project and other lithium projects in the province of Qubec. Our government is working closely with mining companies to have these projects being developed to supply the upcoming demand of lithium and other battery materials.
Nonetheless, the Environmental and Social Impact Review Committee (the Review Committee – COMEX) is an independent body reporting to the Minister of Environment and the Fight against Climate Change. Its mission is to contribute to the protection of human health and the environment and to the economic and social well-being of the peoples inhabiting the territory governed by the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement.
In the course of its analysis, the Review Committee may recommend that the Administrator forward questions or comments to the project proponent, or that he ask the proponent to undertake further research or additional studies. The documents reviewed by COMEX are made available to the public on the Committee’s website and inMELCC’s environmental assessment register, except for documents or information deemedconfidential.
In its review by the COMEX, it is not abnormal that multiple series of questions are being asked to the project proponents and in this case to Critical Elements Lithium corp. Other projects have received multiple series of questions for their analysis as well.
I am not aware of the approval process in other countries, but I can assure you that our government is working to accelerate the approval processes without compromising the regulatory requirements. In fact, we have created the Bureau de coordination des droits in 2019 to meet that objective.
As minister of Economy and Innovation, if required, I am available to meet with the company to help them move their project forward.
Best regards,
Pierre Fitzgibbon"
