OMG!!! I said they raised $$$ at 9 centz... but it wuz actualily ...gulp... 6 centz... 

The Offering raised aggregate gross proceeds of $1,723,240 through the sale of 28,720,669 units (each a "Unit") at a price of $0.06 per Unit.
