RE:Downgraded !A lower target price is just that, a lower t/p.  It is NOT a Downgrade.
As far as I can tell NOBODY has downgraded NPI.  When that "Outperform" becomes a "Market Perform" that would be a downgrade.  Or a "Buy" to a "Hold" or a "Sell".

Don't worry, it is a very common misinterpretation.
