I am not here to pump any stock in the industry, rather to bring to people's attention that THNK's management team says one thing but does the opposite. They cannot claim they're a "true SaaS company" when most of their acquisitions in the past 13 months have not been SaaS businesses. They want to be valued and trade like other SaaS companies when they're diluting their historically negative EBITDA SaaS businesses with positive EBITDA non-SaaS businesses.
I want people to have an idea of what they are getting themselves into if they're thinking of buying THNK or they already own THNK and are unable to read between the lines. You've worked hard for your money so do some due diligence before you help out early investors and management who get paid well and stand to make a lot more than the average mom-and-pop retail investor ever will.
