Good evening Yasch....Show me that Chen had approx 9 million shares
before January 2021, and I'll praise your post. Insider filings prior to that
date had Chen with approx 5 million shares.

Call me crazy, but somewhere it was noted that Chen received those bonus
shares, but the BOD's relaxed the 10 day rule. Waiting to be pvoven wrong.
