So, who owns all this stock now?

So, who owns all this stock now?Hmmm, I wonder if instead of financing the start up of underground block caving at Papomono, whether the senior lenders may be interested in launching a takeover bid for the company at this time, unless they would prefer not to undertake the operation of a copper mine and mill.

If enough common shareholders were to tender their shares to a takeover bid, then there would be nothing that management of TVC could do to prevent this. If the offer will be attractive, then it's possible. The question is just what fair value is considering the mine assets, the mill less any debt on the company books. The acquiror would have to own a lot of stock in order to tender it to a takeover bid and have it succeed. Question is just who acquired the lion's share of the stock recently due to the very high volume and turnover. Just wondering Hmmm?.....
