Thats the Million $ Question Doc and why I have been posting that scenario severals times including today . The Power play began when the second last update (Jan24th ) I believe cast a dark cloud over TVC and stock dropped to what 4 cents. Then Voila lastest update paints a much more rosy picture and shares getting scooped up en masse  so humm . Meanwhile more that half the float was traded so humm . Then we have TVC upping the ownership to 95.1% so humm again . Yup to be a fly on the wall in that board room . It,s totaly possible the two senior partners now are getting greedy and yup as posted today. A takeover or better yet for us a Bidding War as both partners have 60 and 80 BILLION $ Market Caps  respectivly whatever news comes out will benifit the share holders but a bidding war would be huge . Or hey let TVC mine it with $$$ from the partners . Gezz that was already reported in the update ( Support from Both Senior partners ) Right. Sell for crumbs or wait for steak . Patience pays .Long TVC.
