do......the consolidation is a go. Now the board has to decide on a strategy and timing to make it look like there was a reason for it.
I don't buy all the M/A talk because any takeover, buy out, fire sale, etc is based on perceived market cap/asset value...... You own a greenhouse, ~~$11 million, you have a mortgage, ~~$5 million, you have inventory in various condition, ~~$??, you may own a door or not ~~$7k+-,.......so what's it all worth and what would a suitor want to pay?
An acquisition? Purchased with what?
I haven't figured out why? Waiting for the Q 4 financials!
