Maybe PAT suddenly decided to have a second Webinar because the first one is expected be so lack-luster they'll need the second one booked just to appologize for bringing nothing new to the first one?  Thats probably the polite thing to do right?

Or it could be required for all the follow-up interest generated from the first?
