There is no approval, the freaking clinical study isn't even finalized to send to the FDA. If they put out a NR tomorrow saying they need more time to re-work the study, this thing is dead. Friday NR typically are for releasing bad news, Boudi thinks its tomorrow, I hope he is wrong. Trading is either a tree shake or a preview of what is coming. Anyone have what the short position is at now ?
