Unlike Atlantic, ANX has shown a good track record in NFLD. Their tailings are so clean, they are being sold off for other uses. ANX has a chance to clean up some of the pollution left from the legacy mining in the goldboro area. In addition to lots of economic advantages to the local, provincial and federal economy and local development, it is likely that goldboro mine, if run as well as Pointe rousse, will actually leave Goldboro in a better condition than it was found, once the mining of the full 8 to 10 million ounces (when you include the ounces under the current open pit models and the additional ones towards Dolliver Mountain) is completed in 30 to 40 years. We won't see that in these papers though.
