              We face a Grave crisis in Confederation. Quebec since 1957 has taken and taken Billions of Dollars each year yet Legault refuses to support Nation Building projects as the Canada East Pipeline as well Legault confirmed his Superior Jurisdiction by passing a unanimous Resolution opposing the National Pipeline. Legault opposes any Development of  Qubec Natural Gas  preferring to put his hand out for FREE MONEY from Alberta , year after year -- the Easy FREE  $13 Billion each year  from Alberta .
 
                 The Reason Legault can  act as a BANANA Republic  where he Steals Investments from companies and Shareholders with Retroactive Expropriation without Compensation is regardless of his Bad  Behaviour Alberta keeps  sending  Legault  over $13 Billion Dollars each year !
 
  1.     The illegal acts  by Legault are accepted by Trudeau as de facto law giving Qubec Assurances that  they can usurp Federal power with Impunity . It is Outrageous. This allows Quebec to invent new ways to restrict Other Provinces from engaging in Commercial activity across Confederation.

  1. Legault,  cannot have it both ways, he cannot act as a Separate NATION and then demand over $13 Billion Dollars each year as a “Have not “ Province  from Alberta when he  puts in place  irrational Economic polices that SABOTAGES  his own Economy  .  
 
  1. Legault Sabotages Qubec  NATURAL GAS with  “Retroactive Expropriation without Compensation” and then claims Quebec has a disadvantage when it is his   own Diabolical Economic polices that have caused the damage to Qubec .This is commercial Fraud !
 
  1.  Equalization in the Qubec case is unfair, inefficient and contradicts the very intent of helping a “have not Province ,” Because Legault is preventing the Biggest Economic miracle in Quebec in the past 100 Year “  The ongoing Abuse of Power of Legault in Sabotaging his own Economy creates the economic dependency.

Legault in SABOTAGING  Qubec Natural Gas light Oil development ( which will give Qubec over $4 Billions of Dollars yearly in Royalties and New Taxes , to pay for Health care, Hospitals , Schools, Police, Highways, Seniors, etc ) chooses his Green Religion over Economics--- both Confederation and Qubec Society suffer for his Delusional acts .
 
  1. The Insanity of Alberta sending Legault over $13 Billion Dollars each year while Legault acts against Confederation and acts against Qubec Resource development is like giving a Reward for Sabotaging your own Economy. There are No Consequences for Bad Fiscal/Economic behaviour.
 
  1. ALBERTA   will never forget Legault’s statement “I do Not want your Dirty Oil , there is No Social Acceptability for Dirty ENERGY ,Dirty Oil “  but we are  Happy to  take the $13 Billion Dollars Dirty Oil Money each year   from Alberta .

The Legault Government have co-ordinated a Double Standard process to make the Qubec hydrocarbon permits worthless notwithstanding the very large Investments made in these permits at the Request and Regulations of the Qubec Government to explore and develop these permits, this is Commercial Fraud , Malfeasance and Theft . The Qubec Natural Gas Light Oil companies followed all the rules, laws, regulations, paid all the Rents , spent all the Hundreds of Millions of Dollars on Exploration and now “RETROACTIVE Expropriation without Compensation “
