Western Copper and Gold Corporation is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in developing the Casino Project. The Casino Project is a copper-gold mining project in Yukon, Canada. The Casino porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum deposit is located in west central Yukon, in the northwest trending Dawson Range mountains, approximately 300 kilometers (km) northwest of the territorial capital of Whitehorse. The Casino project is located on Crown land administered by the Yukon Government and is within the Selkirk First Nation traditional territory and the Tr’ondek Hwechin traditional territory lies to the north. The Casino Property lies within the Whitehorse Mining District and consists of approximately 1,136 full and partial Quartz Claims and 55 Placer Claims acquired in accordance with the Yukon Quartz Mining Act. The total area covered by Casino Quartz Claims is approximately 21,126.02 hectares (ha). The total area covered by Casino Placer Claims is 490.34 ha.

RE:RE:RE:145kGo back and listen....I don't think Paul in any way implied a buyout price of $3-$4 US.  I think he implied that the share price should move to this range in the coming months, and some related talk about premium above that at point fo buyout, ahead of any announcement.  Who knows, maybe I heard this wrong.  I erpsonally beleive once the market gets wind of a deal beign discussed, the share price will rise VERY quicky in anticipation.  Some people are long term and think of the big payout and others are short term, happy with a 10% return in a couple months. THose re the people on the sidelines nw that will drive the price up quickly to get their postiion established for the 10% return.
