Well, some say third time is a charm... well, not so much in this case.

I appreciate your words, and also do strongly think that  big change in approach needs to happen, but I am not a miner, nor a gov employee, nor a fN, so I am at a loss for serious suggestion, but I would like to know what other shareholders do at this stage of the game?

I think if the suggestions are needed in order to save this mine, save our money, and save our sanity... if the suggestion is/are meaningful enough, I am sure that there are many of us who will go to that office and tell management that they are now needing to listen to our ideas.
