RE:Interesting read on naked short selling...sound familiar? After I saw a post on Agoracom showing over 7,000,000 "Failure To Deliver" trades in the last week of December, this shareholder base had better wake the F up.
If you don't know what an "FTD" is, you'd best come to understand it now.
It is counterfeiting ladies and gentlemen and I ask you..., what percentage of the tradable float is that 7 million ??? So essentially what happens in T (Transaction) +3 (Days) is the router (Resolution Trust Corporation), is the platform to settle all trades.. payroll checks and anything financial.. It there that they system is gamed.. and they know it the p r I k s...
These 7 million counterfeit shares were FTD'd the same week as nearly 80% of the entire freaking tradable float was traded? That is a HUGE red flag.
I would expect the company to file a complaint with FINRA.. STAT!! If one has been...., we do not know it.
So now the market knows there are 7 million counterfeit shares diluting ours..
The message this sends to the rest of the market is that our company is junk.
You don't like to hear this and neither do I because all of us have real skin in this game.
10% of the float (at the LEAST ) are now air shares. How wonderful.
Here is the most important part of my statement today. The majority of this shareholder base isn't aware of this subject matter.
You best come up to speed and start paying attention.
Naked shorting has destroyed thousands of companies and based upon the translutionary technology being developed by PyroGenesis, you best under there are entities out there that would love to have it for pennies on the dollar.. Don't believe it? Don't fool yourself.. It's happened thousands of times to startups.
The important part? Pay attention to and write down the handles who attack this post. Don't assume the players who attack this are just the perceived "bad guys".
Look ESPECIALLY for thise who have been the stalwarts damning this message.. It is them you best keep two eyes on.. Get the picture?

This is the link the above link is answering to.
If you want an Emmy award winning 25 minute expose done on this subject, the 3 links at the bottom of this post will give that to you and you will be up to speed.
This is OUR investment and ANYONE attempting to F that up, needs to be dealt with.. and yes this posted is I on Agoracom.
One last thing.. Even if companies suspect it, many will not publicly admit it because it has that same stigma of Aliens and Sasquatch..

How to Detect Naked Short Trades
There are many tell tale signs that a company is being naked short sold. Do you think your company or investment is under attack? Here is what you should keep your eye out on:
1. Has the stock been on a continual downtrend over the past several months with no material events or known reasons for why it has depreciated?
2. Does the stock see downwards pressure anytime the company outs out a press release?
3. Do you notice any unscrupulous posts or new handles popping in bashing the company, it’s story or management? It is common for short sellers – both regular and naked short sellers to hire bashers and deploy them on the stock message boards and social media.
4. Do you ever notice weird uneven trade lots? Example, someone traded 1,172 shares or an odd lot, but frequently? This is sometimes a way that market makers and short sellers communicate with each other in the marketplace without the evidence of a text message, email or recorded phone call.
5. Are you a company that has gotten phone calls from investors who all of a sudden seem curious in investing in your company? Be wary. We have seen this ploy come out of Germany many times in the past. Traders go short, knock the stock down in the process and come calling for a financing to cover their position. Another illegal tactic but it happens!
6. If you are a NASDAQ or NYSE company, rule of thumb is If you see more than 20% of your overall volume initiated short on a daily basis as reported by REGSHO and displayed on our website as per REGSHO guidelines and delivered by FINRA you may be under attack. Death to the Company
Naked short selling kills the value of companies and peoples investments by artificially pushing a company’s stock price down. For smaller companies looking to raise working capital, this causes them to have to raise funds at much lower prices which substantially increases the outstanding share count. This is called dilution.
