They will have to put up or shut up soon enough.....by serving Exro with a statement of claim that addresses the specifics of how Exro's patent or patents infringe on their patent.
At the end of the day.... legal will focus on that and management will focus on the business development.
A thought (and only a thought) but e-propelled may be using this as a way to force Exro to play show and tell. It could help them develop new products that don't infringe on Exro's patents.
