RE:RE:RE:RE:When the lenders come knocking...What may a fascinating and high-risk, but potentially lucrative idea, is if a third party purchased let's say 10-20% of the equity. Then go hostile and make a move on the whole company including the debentures. hopefully have the whole deal wrapped up in two months.

That company could potentially roll-over the debentures into the new corporate entity when they come due (June 2022?). Make a deal to bring the debentures current as part of the takeover.Roll-over the debentures, which would result in one less thing to refinance and buy time. Then work like a madman possessed to refinance all the debt by summer/fall and clean-up the corporate entity.

Just a bit of dreeaming here. Wish I had a lot more cash in my jeans right now.
