Question is why hasnt it been adopted in the past 2 years since it was immediately available then? 

The reality is any of the big tech companies could buy NXO with pocket change if they so desired. 

Why hasnt any of NXO's tech sold 1 single time ? Because nobody wants to buy em , simple as that.
