the settlement could be $15B. We dont know. That seems like a massive number to me,..id expect closer to $1 billion. Case #IPR 8209634 involving one of the disputed patents went into "inter partes review" on 10/10/2021. A third party has it now for up to around a year is my understanding. Soooo, reasonable conjecture and pumping are two different things. Imho. We have the former here.
