Well this is an interesting perspective. Do you really think Lena would allow herself to be CEO of something so shady and at the expense of the reatil investor?
It would ruin her reputation. I don't believe this is who she is.
I sense she is trying to rebuild this company and intends to run it with integrity.

What you describe, if true, is fundamentally wrong....maybe illegal.
