RE:RE:Putin Dumb like a Fox

Maybe I can offer my two cents Manitoba... really enjoy your posts and.content by the way.

1 national security.  Syria is not as far as you think from southern Russia.  Russia has dealt with extremists in the past.  ISIS was literally miles away from taking Damascus.  It was Russian intervention that prevented a black flag flying over Damascus.

2 Abkhazia and South Ossetia are the same answer.  Many ethnic Russians there and Sakashvilli - the US a puppet psycho was taking orders there and civilian Russian nationals were being killed.

3 Crimea - look at the policies put into place by Kiev after the violent western backed coup of 2014.  Water caught off, language rights stripped, two referendums with international observers present (deemed free and fair).  Russian Naval base in Sevastopol was already there, it wasn’t an invasion of Crimea.  Russia has always had access to the Black Sea at the Sevastopol naval base.

Is it possible for US/Europe to sanction China without China dumping US$ soveriegn bond holdings in open market and causing a crash of US$ ? He is in a position of power and people dont back down from a position of power . If he gets Ukraine he gets a land bridge to Transnistria and full access to Black Sea
