RE:Now everybody is afraid to challenge you CM :)First of all there are approximately 380 million outstanding shares ...so any individual, group or institution wanting to have the kind of control CM is inferring would need to have accumulated more than half of these shares. If we consider the work WalkingDead has done in trying to paint a picture of the influence of house positions, it doesn't appear that any "house" holds more than 73 million shares. To get to a controlling position and assuming (and this is a HUGE assumption) there are on average 500,000 to a million shares changing hands every day it could take almost a year. That's presuming this "house" is purchasing ALL available shares.
It has been quite clear that so far this "house" accumulating shares has tried to buy at $.015 or $.02 and then sold at $.02 and $.025 ....so they're actually not accumulating additional shares.
For this conspiracy that CM is suggesting to work there is only one question to answer:
* What would any "mystery entity" gain by (illegally) purchasing controlling shares of ScreenPro and then going private?
Also, when companies go from public to private ...the shares are almost always sold at a premium. That does not appear to be the case with this scenario.
Currently I can't see that there is any benefit to anyone. Based on revenues, profits and a slow divergence away from a sole dependence on testing (longterm outlook) it would make more sense for the mystery entity to purchase shares on the open market at the current sp and let the markets dictate the sp (without manipulation). Why pay a premium on the current sp?
Even those with large house positions are having to dump a few shares at $.015 to try to scare retail investors to sell. That has clearly not worked of late.
I have never heard of a scenario like the one CM is proposing so I look forward to examples. I'm not suggesting there is a logical explanation so far to explain this accumulation ...but I'm struggling to see any kind of reality in this one.
Cheers!!!
