In addition to the legal disasters dragged by RLV and its subsidiaries. Tax debts must be paid before being transferred. Bioganix, currently does not sell even 10% of what it sold 4 years ago, it lost market, customers. RLV abandoned Bioganix, killed the chicken that lays the golden eggs, to look for other businesses. You have to be cynical to write a promising future with the reality of RLV, this is so incredible, that it is better to continue in Movie Time, Today, Super Bowl...
