Thanks, Krum. Tend to agree. I'll add that Chen said something to effect that shareholders will be happy. I'm thinking 450 - 600M isn't the happy amount most shareholders had in mind and that we didn't live through 3-plus years of FB suit induced pain for what we've been told so far. All that said, I give Chen credit for being experienced at how to turn a company around, as well as art of the nuanced deal... certainly more so than anyone here. Happy to endure some pain as long as I don't forget how to laugh... and all the better enjoying last laugh.
