Yes I understand that if a truly disruptive tech is developled the sp could take off just on market 'exuberance' (need I mention BreEx or others, not equating or implying simply that stocks can move on spec)
But that would require showing tangible proof of such tech for anyone to step up (and this seems to be a problem due to the secrecy issue)
Yes NDA's and other such legalize could be implemented but those tend to end up in the CCP in short order so don't know if Ed would cough up the secret 7 herbs and spices.

But looking at the NASDAQ listing requirements, do you even see a way they can qualify? (and in 5 months as some of the points call for years of (positive) earnings.

I'm assuming there is a plan or it wouldn't have been mentioned, I just can't see it.
