Nothing is 100% however if I am a brokerage, I am not about to blow smoke up my clients arses. They kinda like repeat and continous business. At least thats been mmy experience. Small caps always get hammered first unless they are already hammered into the ground... then... during a recession when no money is being made in the big boys... Small Cap becomes the oppty... right now small cap are hammered into the ground!!
