BMO Target $38.22

Well today's price action stinks but analyst Deepak Kaushal over at BMO released a target of $38.22. I'll be curious to see what Keystone Financial has to say about earnings. Clearly the price drop is retail investors losing their patience and perhaps not seeing the same thing as the professionals. Volume is 14600 and, wait for it, 35. 14635...very anemic volume indeed--just over half regular volume.
