fair points by poster. I think chen putting out PR that he has put in for sale of stock is not good. Why can't he hold for like 12 more months when he retires? why sell while he still has CEO position?

It makes no sense he's selling and keeping investors in dark by not making public comments about patent sale and other prospects.
