Another very painful and disapointing Quarter in the bank.Agonizingly poor!  Same presentation and news as the past Quarterly report AND the one before that but dressed up to sound otherwise.
-We were already aware that the commissioning phase was complete..no news there!
-No sales!
-No profit!
-More loss!
-Steered investors towards another pending dilution either by equity or HK loans!  despite telling us in 2021 that there would NOT be a need fo raise new cash!
-Absolutely nothing new about a new JV when even 12 months ago we were led to beleive an announcement was very close!
-Apparent sales by Merit to BIG food co's but zero details!

Lets just continue to hurry up and wait!!
