Likely doing that because they will have electric chargers in their gas stations and the custmer will go inside and eat a M and m food product for the 20 minute wait.

Pakland knows they need something for the EV car owner to do on the 20 min wait.

It's brillant.

Parkland is being proactive so they don't end up like Blockbuster video chain....
