Closed deals at the end of Q4:
December 6: South Carolina - Annual Revenue (USD) $1,788 million and EBITDA of $96,000 (2021)
December 13: Kentucky and Indiana - Annual Revenue (USD) $4.1 million and EBITDA of $825,000 (2021)
December 17: Texas - Annual Revenue (USD) $3,371 million and EBITDA of $325,000
And given this knowledge and the low stock price, it's not surprising that insiders bought so many stocks during Q3 and Q4. Of which many at the price significantly higher than today's $0.58:
