Its projects include South Grass Valley, Kelly Creek, and Awakening. The South Grass Valley Project is located approximately 50 kilometers (km) south-southwest of Barrick Gold Corp.'s Cortez complex, within the specific region of north-central Nevada. The Kelly Creek Project is located approximately 40 km north-northwest of Battle Mountain in Humboldt County, Nevada. The Awakening Project is located in Humboldt County, Nevada, 50 km north-northwest of Winnemucca, and 4,000 meters north of the 4.8-million-ounce Sleeper Gold Mine. The Company controls a large strategic land position in the central Powder River Basin of Wyoming and operates the Nichols Ranch ISR uranium project.

For this amount of risk money going towards other plays is smarter,this play and this team is losing its hope on treasure hunting expedition lots of work done lots of time spend and burned cash,To many salaries for a very long time,With all this time effort and cash burned they can't get a significant minning nsme to show interest in being part of this.
