Yes it is good . I see this as a very positive signal. Sure they are in the money, but there is not enough liquidity in the stock for Ospraie to flip 12 mil shares. They may be looking at a sunny horizon.

Also good to see that insiders have been exercising their warrants recently. Why spend $25,000 on more shares when you are say Sam Kanes and already sitting on a mountain of shares?
