RE:How the pumper's manipulation plan failed

RE:How the pumper's manipulation plan failedWhy let facts get in the way...
  1. To Perform a reverse-split to have a higher-priced stock.  DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE VALUE OF THE COMPANY IS THE SAME AFTER A CONSOLIDATION AS IT WAS BEFORE.  IF I HELD 10000 SHARES AT $0.06 THE VALUE = $600.  AFTER THE CONSOLIDATION 10000 DIVIDED BY 23 = 434.78 TIMES $1.38 MAGICALLY EQUALS YUP $600.
  2. THEN Pump it again just to be safe and have volume.
  3.
LESS SHARES TRADING ACTUALLY RESULTS IN LESS VOLUME GENIUS
  1.
  2. THEN Do yet another offering to raise the cash needed.
Steps 2-3 failed miserably because the scheme was exposed by decent investors and the investors themselves educated themselves about the boiler room scheme
And then the loop was supposed to go on and on and on and on. Until one day, the SEC notices what they’re doing and prosecute/delist them.  or the company goes insolvent, receivership, taken over as private by debt holders OR go bankrupt

DOES THE FACT THAT THERE WAS INDUSTRY WIDE OPTIMISM ON LEGALIZATION HAPPENING POST THE 2021 US ELECTION ENTER INTO THE CONVERSATION OR IS IT MORE CONVIENENT FOR YOU TO LEAVE THAT OUT? THE ENTIRE SECTOR WAS UP JAN TO APRIL.  YES THE COMPANY RAISED CASH AND THEY USED IT TO BUY HOMEGROWN.  WHAT IS WRONG WITH THAT.

HAVE YOU LOOKED AT MSOS; MJUS; POTX?  ALL DOWN.  HOW ABOUT TRUL; CURA;WEED; TLRY? GUESS WHAT? ALL DOWN. THE ENTIRE SECTOR.

BUT HEY KEEP UP THE PEP TALKS.
