The company has nothing going for it and losing everything so only a stock scam is possible. They owe everyone in the industry and have not been paying their bills since last fall. Anyone buying into any story this group tries and sell is stupid. This will be a fraud case before long with the last few deals that were made and how they benefit the CEO and board members and not the company or shareholders. IMO
