13. Final engineering and ground work bids will come in around Jan 2023.
14. Work will commence around April 2023.
15. Plant commision around Aoril 2025.
16. Ramp to commercial April 2026.

That timeline is depressing. The longer you wait the higher prices will be. Well we now know how all the stimmies will get paid. Inflation. Since almost all tax revenue is a percentage. My property taxes have gone up 30% this year. Just got the notification.
