Only way to make any sense to as why TESTING wasn't done

Only way to make any sense to as why TESTING wasn't doneto identify infected and isolate them and be done with Covid back in Jan 2020 is........ To hide the TRUTH.     

Only reason that makes sense as to why it took over 6 months to finally come to the conclusion Mask are helpful is.........To further hide the TRUTH, letting the passage of TIME and non-mask wearing to Hide the TRUTH.

What that TRUTH is, who knows, I can only guess....and I come up with 2 reasons/guesses that makes sense to me, either:

1)   Covid started in the USA back in 2019 or earlier.... from Fort Detrick Bio Containment Breach... and wanted that kept secret.

or 

2) My ultimate tin foil hat conspiracy theory which I just mentioned.


We all know you NEED to TEST......  But WHY it wasn't done???    Why did we not TEST to find the infected so we could isolate them and stop covid?

I can't thinking of any other GOOD reason that makes sense other than those 2.

As for tracking everyone.... That's what our cell phones are for, and digital currency......

All just my opinion/view/thinking////Totally just making things up, not one shread of proof, just trying to make some sense.
