Oh Hiya...  Kinda looks like the BIG invester conferince ...didnt move the needle huh???  Down a penny on low low volume and stuff.  

Oh that pesky Schaft Creek JV... no timelinez...no clout... and no urgincey.  And the SNOW!!! LOL.

I missed the part about Van Dyke 2-3 years water study....before the 2 year permiting process...$4.9 MILLION...  Any new flaver on THAT???  The year 2026-7 could be a BIG year for Van Dyke...
