As I recall, while sipping on a godiva chocolate martini and in between hors d'oeuvres (course 1) and amuse-bouche (course 2), these very important subjects were discussed in detail right here on this board. Some choose to focus on the food and drink and others focused on the important discussions. I found both enlightening. But hey, that's just me. Special thanks to the oil chef.
