IFSCA - You should read the entire article that you post and not just a part that supports your false narrative. The Reliq press release, as well as the CMS guidelines, as well as the article you posted a link to all state that medication adherence is one of the key components of RTM. If you did any DD on arthritis, medication adherence and management is one of the key criteria for that chronic illness. A little more DD and you would be able to find FDA approved medication adherence dispensers. I am sure there are other devices as well that qualify.
