Pricing of Residential Mortgage-Backed SecuritiesCan someone explain "Pricing of Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities", in dumbed down terms? 

I tried to do some reading, and understand that RMBS are like a bond...So are they selling some bonds to fund mortgages? Thanks for helping someone confused
