I think you are avoiding the question, warrents arn't part of the discussion. And , BTW last time NXO repriced their warrents lower so insiders could sell at a profit , which they did btw. but thats a discussion for another day if you wish to discuss.
Let me rephrase ... in a scenario
Im an insider in a company, I know we , the company, have big contracts and a killer tech that will make a boatload of money to the company. I know the shareprice will explode once the details are released.
I will buy as much stock as I possibly can , especially , when the share price is soo low.
So , Don ,
Does the lack of insider buys indicate confidence or non confidence in the company by insiders in your opinion ?
Is the lack of insider buys , in your opinion, a good thing ?
Answer truthfully please.
Reread the post damn.
"Insider buying on the open market would help with investor confidence. With the warrants on hand, they can wait until it's a sure thing, or not at all.
risk/reward"
I'm not saying the lack of insider buying on the open market is a good thing, and I stated it would help with investor confidence. I'm giving my opinion that senior management has a pile of warrants at .36 which they are able to exercise for another 8 years.
The warrants are an easy safety net for management. As we've seen to date, nothing is certain.
I'm not sure how you're coming to the conclusion that I'm being untruthful?
