Guyana Legal System

Guyana Legal SystemThis is good to see. From Wikipedia: Judicial System of Guyana "The justice system is based on English Common Law with elements of RomanDutch Law, and is presided over by the Supreme Court."

In other words a judicial system based on legal principles established by court rulings over many centuries or a system of precedents, one of the most important being private property rights. Nobody can arbitrarily disposses you like they've done in one neighbouring country in particular. If foreigners are treated the same by Guyanese courts as Guyanese citizens or legal entities then it'll be a fantastic place to invest in. Waiting on more info. This is probably not the forum to discuss non CGX opportunties though. If anybody there in Guyana can start a blog or something, somewhere else then please invite me. Thanks!
