I am disappointed with this new financing & warrant exchange, hope this will be the lastt one they do.

IMO, merge into a single company will be the next step, then sell the single company.

I hate dilution, nothing we can do, just ride with the company.

Anything below 30 cents will be good buy!

"Working capital" - mostly for admin. salaries and I do not know what do they do. Filling tax returns and some regulatory papers, one part time consultant would be enough.

BRZ pretty much passive company, more like an investment bond (with very high admin. fees).
I am surely holding it, because it is absolutely undervalued, but I wish JV would merge in one more dynamic company with a lot less redunancies.

I do not mind dilutions, they are necessary evil of any explorer, but there always a way to minimize effect, especially when "interest is high" which lead to "oversubsribtion"

If interest is high, then the potential investor should pay at least at par, or risking pushing s/p very high buying it on open market.

I.e. management could sell $1.2M worth of shares at .35 vs. $1.6M at .25, but only if management do care about shareholders.
Yes, BRZ is very cheap. The deposit worht a lot more than valuation suggest. Such actions one of the reason that BRZ is undervalued.

On may account it is still strong buy, but I hope there will be changes.
