As far as I know Darren Battersby is the CFO and has been since 2019.

Resetting the share structure will take some effort and capital. But it will open up VENZ to more eyes in the marketplace. Tough to get big players to buy into a penny stock as the perceived risk is high.

Thankfully VENZ has a product that fulfills an industry need effectively and generates big savings for brands and retailers. They have a competent CEO and board to provide guidance along the journey.
